Design is fundamentally about solving the right problems, in the right way. Therefore, I always prefer to start by understanding the problem as much as possible.
During the discovery phase, I employ various methods such as user interviews, surveys, and data analysis of current user behavior using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Customer Service data. Additionally, I conduct benchmarking and stakeholder interviews to gather comprehensive insights. To identify and prioritize the most crucial problems to solve, I rely on effective methods like Impact mapping, workshops, Service blueprints, and User journeys. These techniques enable me to align with stakeholders and establish a clear vision for the project. When it comes to validating proposed solutions, I engage with users directly. Depending on the project's requirements, I present either low fidelity or high fidelity mock-ups for user feedback and validation. This iterative process ensures that the final solution is user-centric and effective.
