Avy is a leading prop-tech company in the Nordics, providing a digital platform that enhances the housing experience for nearly 400,000 households. Their platform helps property companies streamline operations and improve communication with residents. However, their existing website did not effectively communicate Avy's value proposition as a product company, nor did it adequately support the sales team in showcasing the platform’s features to potential clients.

I was tasked with redesigning and developing a new website for Avy using Webflow. The primary goal was to shift the website’s focus towards highlighting the platform and its features, making it a more effective tool in the sales process. Additionally, the design needed to align visually with Avy’s platform, ensuring a cohesive brand experience.
To create a more effective and engaging website, I started by restructuring its information architecture. Through interviews with the sales team, I gained valuable insights into how they communicate the product to customers and what the most common customer inquiries were. This research helped shape the content strategy, ensuring that the most relevant information was prioritized and structured in a user-friendly way.
One of the key improvements was the introduction of a dedicated "Platform" section, featuring individual subpages for each core aspect of Avy's offering. These subpages provided detailed breakdowns of platform functionalities, making it easier for customers to explore and understand specific features. To enhance scalability, these pages were built using Webflow’s CMS, allowing Avy to easily add new features as the platform evolves. The design was crafted to be modern and visually aligned with the Avy platform. Elements such as bento grids were incorporated to create a familiar experience, reinforcing the connection between the website and the product itself.
